The Need for Space Goes Hand in Hand with Growth

In 2020, Quintessa Marketing experienced its fastest rate of growth, adding new clients, as well as more and more qualified staff to accommodate the new business. With all the growth, the once spacious office suite in Midwest City, a direct suburb of OKC, started getting cramped to say the least. Desks were backing up on desks. Each individual office kept gaining new tenants. It was time for a change!

Quintessa Marketing Chooses the 50 Penn Place in Oklahoma City

In January 2021, Lauren Mingee, CEO of Quintessa Marketing, chose the 16th floor of the iconic 50 Penn building for a new home. It is located strategically on the North side of Oklahoma City across from the Penn Square Mall and serves as a better central location for all Quintessa Marketing employees. However, making the choice was only the first step of an even greater task of gutting the top floor to tailor it perfectly for daily operation and accommodate continued growth.

Finally, at the end of March; all the planning, the work, the investment, became a reality and Quintessa Marketing moved into their new home at the 16th floor of the 50 Penn Place in Oklahoma City.
