Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

Quintessa Marketing (“Quintessa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at quintessamarketing.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, the tracking technologies we use, and the choices and rights you have — including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through any third-party website that may link to or from the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form, request information, schedule a meeting, use a chat feature, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to submit.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4), including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location, and how you interact with the Site.

For purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, the categories of personal information we may collect include: identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, IP address); commercial/professional information (e.g., your firm and inquiry details); internet or other electronic network activity (e.g., browsing and interaction data); and inferences drawn from the above. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide.

3. How We Collect It

We collect information (a) directly from you when you submit it, (b) automatically through the tracking technologies described below, and (c) from third-party service providers that help us operate the Site and our marketing.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, embedded content, and similar technologies provided by third parties. The third-party technologies we use on the Site are:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics and traffic measurement
  • Google Ads / Conversion, DoubleClick (Google LLC) — advertising and conversion measurement
  • Google Fonts (Google LLC) — web fonts (may transmit your IP address to Google)
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — advertising and conversion measurement
  • HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) — forms, live chat, meeting scheduling, CRM, and analytics
  • Vimeo (Vimeo, Inc.) — hosting and playback of embedded video
  • YouTube (Google LLC) — hosting and playback of embedded video
  • Unbounce (Unbounce Marketing Solutions Inc.) — hosting and analytics for certain landing pages (e.g., our contact page)

These technologies may set their own cookies and transmit information directly to the providers above in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Your Consent to Cookies and How to Manage It

When you first visit the Site, we present a cookie consent banner. Non-essential tracking technologies — including those listed in Section 4 — are blocked until you affirmatively accept them. You may accept, decline, or customize your choices, and you may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the Site footer.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Strictly necessary technologies required for the Site to function may operate without consent.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide our services; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; measure and improve our marketing and advertising; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations.

7. How We Share Your Information

We may share personal information with: service providers that perform functions on our behalf (such as analytics, advertising, hosting, CRM, and communications providers identified in Section 4); professional advisors; and as required to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for monetary payment. However, because we use third-party advertising and analytics technologies (Section 4), some of these disclosures may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out at any time, as described in Section 9 (“Your Privacy Choices”).

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to submit a request and our response timeline. To submit a request to know, delete, correct, or opt out, contact us at info@quintessamarketing.com or use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. For deletion requests, we will complete the deletion and confirm to you once it is finished, within 30 days of verifying your request. If we require additional time as permitted by the CCPA/CPRA, we will notify you. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

9. Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and manage your tracking preferences at any time via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the Site footer, by adjusting the consent banner, or by enabling GPC in your browser.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

11. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Information you submit is encrypted in transit using industry-standard technology. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
