The founder of Quintessa Marketing, Lauren Mingee, has been selected as one of the 50 nominees for Journal Record’s Woman of the Year. These nominations are based on women that epitomize leadership in their careers and their communities. The award is meant to recognize the success of women in Oklahoma.

Lauren is deserving of this nomination because of her professional achievements, advocacy for women, and her desire to give back to the community. She has overcome life-altering obstacles that have led her to prioritize empowering others and creating opportunities for her community.

As an advocate for women, Lauren volunteers with ReMerge, a program that helps Oklahoma mothers facing non-violent felony offenses. She has made a point to support women who are seeking a spot in the business world. In an industry dominated by men, she is determined to help other women make their dreams a reality.

As for her professional accomplishments, Lauren takes pride in building a widely successful company. Quintessa Marketing focuses on bridging the gap between lawyers and victims who have been hurt in an accident. Even in her career, Lauren prioritizes helping others and giving them opportunities to succeed. She promotes an inclusive, team-oriented work environment for her employees, enabling our company to flourish.

Lauren gives back to our community by donating millions of dollars to nonprofits, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Dream Centers. She believes that doing good often and investing in others is the key to her success in the personal injury industry and life in general.
