The why

With personal experience of financial insecurity, Lauren’s driven to help female business owners and entrepreneurs overcome difficult obstacles and grow their companies through knowledge, education, and hard work. Lauren believes in lifting up others, empowering them to take advantage of new opportunities and grow their business skills.

Passionate about giving back to others, Lauren partners with ReMerge of Oklahoma County, a pre-trial diversion program that serves high-risk, high-needs mothers facing non-violent felony offenses in Oklahoma County dedicated to restoring women to their families and community. She also partners with Infant Crisis Services, part of the Oklahoma Family Network, which provides formula, food, diapers, blankets, clothing, and other basic necessities for children up to three years of age. She also donates to the Youversion Bible App which has already been installed on over 500 million unique devices all over the world. The Bible App offers a free Bible experience for smartphones, tablets, and online at Bible.com.

More than credentials

Lauren Von believes in people — and it has paid off. After building a multi-million dollar business despite not having a college degree, Lauren pursues an equal opportunity hiring practice, acknowledging each person’s individual potential and skills and not simply looking at their credentials.

She has positioned Quintessa™ Marketing as one of the most impactful privately held companies with the awards to prove it, like the DotCom Magazine Impact Company of the Year Award.

She is dedicated to supporting and furthering the objectives of her community. Lauren continues to open doors for female business owners by offering them support, mentoring, and funding.
